What is Property Valuation for IBBI / Insolvency?
Under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016, only IBBI-registered valuers are authorized to conduct asset valuations during insolvency proceedings. These valuations determine the fair value and liquidation value of assets for the Committee of Creditors.
